Case Closed, and Vacations

Hi everyone!

Sorry I didn't write the answer to the mystery yesterday. Anyway, here is the rest of the story!!!

After the girls shared their stories, they thought a moment, then smiled at each other and Samantha ran on stage and drew everyone's attention.

"Excuse me everyone. My friends and I have good news. We know who the thief is. And that person is... Uncle Charlie!" She pointed to him in the crowd.

‎"What gave it away?" He smiled.
"That was easy. When Kyler talked to you she said you mentioned a stone with a thousand names on it, but how could you know that when of course Mr. Franklin didn't even say! What I can figure out is why?" Sam blinked at him
"That's easy enough to answer. I heard you and your friends liked to solve mystery's. So I decided to see how good you were at it. And you are pretty good at it too." He approved.
"So where's the stone?" Katie asked.
"It's in the basement" Mr. Franklin spoke up.
"So this was all a set up?" Jane asked
Yes. But it was for the best. I now know where to go when things disappear. Good job girls!" He congratulated them. The girls walked away proudly and enjoyed the rest of the day at the Museum.

Did any of you get it right???
Tomorrow morning, my family and I are going to North Carolina on vacation. I am not very excited about it, just because I don't like long car rides.

It is a 10 hour drive there. But I have a lot of things to keep me busy.

Books
Movies
Computer Games
Coloring books (lol)
Adventures in Odysseys (Yay!)
And...
My Owl pillow so I can sleep. lol

We are going to be staying with family friends until Tuesday, when we come home.

Anyway, I'm not sure if this family has Wi-Fi, so if it doesn't, I just want to let you all know I hope you have a great Easter!!! If they do have Wireless, I will try to post something while we are there.

Anyway, thanks for reading!!!!

Love, Sammy :)

Oh my goodness I know all about long rides... Just got back Tuesday from a 12 hour bus ride with my tennis team... Talk about exhausting! I loved the mystery, but didn't get to see it until today, so sorry I didn't comment! :)

I've been there before! I'm visiting my sister in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area.
